- Located in the famous domain of Sinopolis in St tropez, Delhi fulfils all the conditions of a perfect location : in a calm area it offers unobstructed view on the Golfe of St Tropez and is anyway at only a few minutes away from the center and from the beaches.

- Delhi is perfectly laid out on two levels.
The upper level gather the common living rooms : the dining room, the living room and the large fully equipped american kitchen open on a beautiful terrace (with bbq) and a summer lounge offering an exceptional panoroma on the bay.
The lower level (garden level) is made of a comfortable tv-lounge; a laundry; two double bedrooms with their own shower rooms opening on the garden with jacuzzi and the swimming pool and a suite made of an office, a beautiful bathroom, adressing and a double bedroom opening on a terrace with sea view.
An other double bedroom with a shower room and kitchenette enjoys an indepedant entrance in the garden.

- The interior decoration of Delhi is warm and in good taste with warm shades and beautiful furniture. The kitchen is entirely and perfectly equipped and very functional. Particular attention was given to the achievement of the bathrooms.

- The panoramic view offered by the terraces and the very comfortable summer-lounge on the Golfe of St Tropez is unbelievable. The beautiful garden is well maintained and equipped with a jacuzzi. The swimming pool, equipped with a rolling shutter is heaten.
