-The house is located in a private and quiet area - three kilometers from la Croix Valmer village and less than two kilometers from the beach.
-The building is very much a copy of a traditional Provence home. It is fits harmoniously into its environment.
-It is difficult to bring more charm and privacy to the home. Everything was made with taste. The ground floor contains a large living room with a small kitchen (well equipped). Large glass doors open up on to the terrace with a great sea view.
-On the lower floor are the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathtub in the room. There are two other bathrooms.
-The swimming pool and the lush garden will please those in need of relaxation.
